If you've stumbled upon this, hello. I'm sure as I do this more I will have more to say. I guess I'll just start off by saying something simple like, I'm excited about this weekend.

 

Weekends are generally exciting, after all, for those of us who have weekends off. This recently has come to include myself. Cause for years, most my life and throughout college, I've been in the food and bev industry and have consistently worked Friday and Saturday nights because that's where the $$ is.

 

Well, I finally graduated from school and graduated to the "real world" where the week end means just that, the end of the week. But even better than that fact is that I have a four day weekend. This is because I was going to take a trip to my home town of Charleston.

 

But, I am not. Because at a recent camping trip my truck got in a fight with a tree and lost miserably. She is now in the shop where it has been for the past three weeks, leaving me truck-less and Charleston-less.

 

But still I am very excited for the four day adventure coming up on my beach cruiser, checking out what's going down round town. Most of the time simple is better anyway, which is steadily becoming a mantra in my life. Wish me luck.
